We are finding the new system overall to be a big improvement. Each runsheet is saved instantly (a lag of 5 to 10 seconds previously) and the DIFOT report generates much more quickly.Importing the transport runsheet has cut back on the data entry required (by roughly 20%) and has made discrepancies easier to pin point which saves times when cross checking the fleet performance and outbound charges reports. For example, with all routes uploaded we can more readily see where a physical runsheet is missing and who it belongs to. Also, we can see more easily where a driver has used a different truck to the one allocated.
